AST Design: The AST is very similarto our original design, however there are some unique and innovative differences. First is a foot longer to accommodate bigger and longer bikes, plus about eight inches taller to give these bigger bikes even more protection. Second it incorporates our new "Air Ride" suspension and "Air Lowering". The air ride uses two air bags with independent suspension on each wheel providing an incredible ride for your bike just like riding on a cloud. The air lowering feature operates with the simple flip of a switch, flipping it down lowers the bed of the trailer to the ground for ride on loading. No rmps are required and the trailer bed is almost flat on the ground making it extremely easy to load and unload your bike. The front wheel chock is another innovative item! Ride the motorcycle over the center and the wheel chock captures the motorcycle supporting it upright! All that is left to do is secure the bike by using our amazing retracting tie downs, flip the airride switch to the up position and the trailer automatically rises the bed to its ride height and you are ready to go. The AST also has "AUTOMATIC RIDE HEIGHT CONTROL", which maintains the ride height to a preset level no matter what your bike weighs. This system is powered from an integrated air compressor that gets its power from yourtow vehicle through a standard trailer connector. This system is simply designed and has undergone extensive testing, resulting in a very robust and proven product. Truly an engineering marvel!
