For 10 years now, the people at Corvetteam.com have been providing and will
continue to provide its customers with the highest quality Corvette products
available in the market. We want to accommodate all of your C5 & C6 Corvette
Aftermarket parts needs so please let us know if you don't find what you are looking for on our site and we
will work very hard to accommodate your request.
All of our parts come with a 100% Satisfaction Guaranty from the manufacturer. We have a highly trained staff with many years of Corvette experience. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and be "Your C5 & C6 Aftermarket shopping place".
We accept phone orders during regular business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central standard time, Monday - Friday at (501) 821-4144, and faxed orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week, at (501) 821-4139. We also offer secure Internet ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
From time to time, manufacturers change costs requiring our changing our price to you. We therefore must reserve the right to change our prices at any time and you would be notified before your order was processed.
Payment Information:
We accept MasterCard and Visa. We accept cashier's
checks and money orders made payable to Corvetteam.com. We also accept personal
checks, personal checks are subject to a 10-day hold. We do not accept cash
through the mail for your protection. Credit card orders must be shipped to the
billing address listed with the bank that issued the credit card. All orders
placed and shipped within Arkansas
pay an additional 7.00% state sales tax.
C.O.D. Orders:
Corvetteam.com does not accept C.O.D orders at this time.
Shipping:
All packages will be shipped UPS ground or FedEx
ground unless other wise requested. UPS requires a physical street address, and
they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. All freight charges are the customer's
responsibility and final charges may differ from shipping schedule. All freight
charges quoted are for UPS ground unless otherwise requested or specified.
Corvetteam.com, will consider shipping out of the Continental US on a case by
case basis and you will need to email us at with your request.
Corvetteam.com does not ship to Canada.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
All items that are considered "oversized" are items that can be shipped via UPS, but at an oversized rate, indicating a minimum fee of a 30lb. package. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department for shipping quotes on all "OS" items.
Warranties:
All items are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at
the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited
warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. Corvetteam.com and the
manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper
handling, installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims
apply to parts only, labor for installation or removal of parts is not covered
under warranty. * Auto racing is known to be dangerous and Corvetteam.com does
not assume liability or responsibility for any damage or injuries incurred
while participating in any form of racing, under any condition.
From time to time, we at Corvetteam.com will offer or give you our opinion about a product or service. We offer this opinion only as another Corvette enthusiast and in no way should it be misconstrued as a warranty or a guaranty and no liability will apply.
Returns:
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please
contact our customer service department first at 501-821-4144. Most problems,
such as installation, can be resolved with a telephone call. Corvetteam.com will not accept returns
without prior notification and approval. The customer is responsible for
freight on all returned orders. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of
date printed on invoice, after 30 days returns will not be accepted for any
reason.
Damage Claims:
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person
delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify the
shipper, i.e. UPS or FedEx, as well as Corvetteam.com, (501), 821-4144 or . Corvetteam.com
is not responsible for any damage claims reported after 48 hours of receipt.
Shortages:
Always check the contents of your package to ensure that all items ordered are
received. If you are missing any items, please check to see if they have been
back ordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If
a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department at
501-821-4144 within 48 hours of delivery to insure a prompt replacement.
Corvetteam.com assumes no liability after 48 hours.
Alaska & Hawaii:
All orders are shipped 2-day air. All orders must be prepaid with a credit
card, money order, or cashier's check. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted.

Sales Tax:
All Arkansas
and California orders and shipments must pay the applicable state sales tax and the tax will be added to your final bill. Rates are subject to
change without notice.
Expedited Shipping:
Please contact Corvetteam.com regarding Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day
shipments and "Truck Freight" quotes at (501) 821-4144 or e-mail
orders to . All orders are processed on a first come first
served basis. If you need a shipment expedited, please call to insure your
shipment is processed in a timely manner.
